Welcome to SkyAssist! By using our service, you are agreeing to both our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Our Terms of Service will be put in the most readable format for you as a consumer, highlighting what you can and cannot do. We ask that you read through the entire Terms of Service so you get a grasp of what you are not allowed to do, and consequences that follow should you choose to violate said Terms.

About us

SkyAssist is a platform that allows you as a consumer to get basic information about flight tracking and giving you comprehensive calculations on what time you should leave based off of whether or not you are departing for your own flight, or picking up a friend or relative from another. Our goal is to give you comprehensive analyses about your flight and allow you to know what times you should be leaving based off of nearby variables (like your location, traffic, and more).

Children

This website is not meant in any way to target children under the age of eighteen (18). We do not cater content specifically to children or ask children (or anyone in that matter) to upload personally identifiable information. However, children under the age of thirteen (13) may not use this website. These restrictions are set in place in order to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule.

Responsibilities

As a consumer, you have specific responsibilities when using this website. They are listed below. You must:

• Be respectful of our tools, do not attempt to spam requests
• Report any security breaches to us without disclosing them to the public
• Be kind and respectful to others on the platform
• Read and follow the entire Terms of Service

Modifying Requests

We understand the joy of reverse engineering websites, however we ask that you do not do this on our site. Attempting to send your own requests that do not come from our client is against our Terms of Service and will result in your access from the site being revoked. Specific security measures are in place to ensure this behavior does not happen. Attempting to scrape our website is not allowed either. We know that this rule may seem silly, but we ask that you respect it.

Illegal Behavior

Illegal behavior that violates United States law and/or any other laws for the region you reside in is not allowed. Violation of said laws is grounds for immediate termination; your access will be revoked from this website.

Changes to the Terms of Service

Over time, the Terms of Service may update as we see fit. As we do not collect personally identifiable information (such as emails, phone numbers, etc.), we have no way of contacting consumers when an update occurs. Therefore, it is your responsibility to check back regularly to see if an update occurs. All updates are dated with a revision notice on the very top of this document. For large revisions, a summary of what has changed will be included as well. Again, it is your responsibility to check for updates to this document.

Termination

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE YOUR ACCESS TO OUR SITE WITH OR WITHOUT REASON. You may appeal your termination at [email protected]. Finally, you may not use a VPN, proxy, or other form of IP switcher in order to regain access to our site. We strongly recommend you to appeal your actions if you believe it was a mistake.

Miscellaneous
